<h3>About the job </h3>
This is the perfect opportunity for strong writers. It is a fully remote and fully flexible position. You can work on your own schedule and will have the opportunity to complete a wide variety of tasks (i.e., creative writing, research-based writing, editing, etc.) Projects are paid hourly and there are often bonuses for high-quality work.
Some additional details:
<ol>
<li>Pay : Between $15 - $20/hr for writing (or editing) responses to various prompts.</li>
<li>Bonuses: Projects will often have time-sensitive bonuses, which has led to many writers earning more than $1K/week on the platform.</li>
<li>Hours : Completely flexible - work as little or as much as you want.</li>
<li>Location : Fully remote within the USA - work from anywhere</li>
<li>The Work Itself: You will write conversations, answers to prompts, and more that will range from creative (i.e., "Write a short story about a dog and a dragon") to logical (i.e., "Should the United States invest in renewable energy?") You will be training AI models on what to say and on how to say it.</li>
<li>How Do I Get Started? Sign up and take our screening assessment so we can review the quality of your writing. It should take a couple of hours and you'll earn $50 if you pass and begin tasking on the platform!</li>

Responsibilities may include:
<ol>
<li>Ideating full conversations</li>
<li>Writing high-quality answers to various types of prompts</li>
<li>Comparing the performance of different AI models</li>
<li>Researching and fact-checking AI responses</li>
</ol>
The people we are looking for:
<ol>
<li>Are fluent in English</li>
<li>Have a strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Have a Bachelor's degree, or are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree</li>
<li>Have some experience with writing or editing at a high level (copywriter, journalist, humanities major, etc.)</li>
