This role promises excitement as you will be instrumental in identifying the ideal talents to expand both the team and the brand.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br></div><div>1. <strong>Hiring and Talent Acquisition:</strong></div><ul><li>Develop a clear path with the managing team for our future hiring structure and determine the best candidates for each role.</li><li>Identify and recruit top talent that aligns with our company's core values and vision.</li></ul><div>&nbsp;2. <strong>Onboarding and Training:</strong></div><ul><li>&nbsp;Implement a seamless onboarding process to integrate new team members into our culture and operations.</li><li>Provide ongoing training to ensure team members are equipped to excel in their respective roles.</li></ul><div>3. <strong>Administrative Support:</strong></div><ul><li>Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including updating to-do lists and issues lists.</li><li>Organize and facilitate weekly meetings, ensuring clear communication and feedback.</li></ul><div>4. <strong>Technical Support:</strong></div><ul><li>Act as the point of contact for technical support related to our e-commerce platforms and applications (no programming involved).</li></ul><div>5. <strong>Process Optimization:</strong></div><ul><li>Streamline and enhance hiring, onboarding, and training procedures to maximize efficiency and efficacy.</li><li>Take charge of organizing existing and forthcoming administrative Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Serve as the central integrator for the company-wide SOPs structure.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce talent acquisition, encompassing remote full-time positions and contractor hires.</li><li>&nbsp;Proficiency in strategic HR best practices, specifically in hiring, onboarding, and training.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks.</li><li>Outstanding communication and adept problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Capability to work effectively in a fully remote setting, demonstrating excellent time management skills.</li></ul><div><strong>Best Result:</strong></div><div>By taking on this role, you will play a crucial role in propelling Ovalware towards its goal – and that is to enrich as many people’ experiences as possible one cup at a time.
