This role will require a strategic focus on customer engagement, lead generation, and market research, all from the comfort of your own home. Although this is a remote position, we prefer candidates who can have an overlap with EST business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).&nbsp; </strong><br><br><em>Responsibilities:</em><br>- Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, conducting business introductions virtually.&nbsp; <br>- Understand customer needs and requirements to aid in the development of sales strategies.&nbsp; <br>- Conduct remote market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.&nbsp; <br>- Develop strong and effective working relationships with customers and internal teams.&nbsp; <br>- Drive sales growth by generating leads through outbound prospecting.&nbsp; <br>- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of accounts and contribute to the sales pipeline.&nbsp; <br>- Maintain accurate records of all sales-related activities in the CRM system.&nbsp; <br><br><em>Qualifications:</em><br>- Proven work experience in a sales or customer service role.&nbsp; <br>- Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems.&nbsp; <br>- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.&nbsp; <br>- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.&nbsp; <br>- Strong listening and presentation skills.&nbsp; <br>- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.&nbsp; <br>- Self-motivated and results-driven.&nbsp; <br>- Familiarity with cloud services, OpenStack, and Kubernetes is a plus.&nbsp; <br>- Comfortable working remotely and independently.&nbsp; <br>- Availability during EST business hours is preferred, but not required.&nbsp; <br><br>In this remote role, flexibility is key.
