This role will focus on aligning HR practices with business objectives, handling employee relations, and reinforcing company culture. Proven HR experience and strong leadership skills are essential. You will be managing two people in the HR team.&nbsp; </div><div> Key Responsibilities: </div><ul><li>Strategic HR Management:<ol><li>Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.</li><li>Develop corporate plans for talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruitment activities.</li></ol></li><li>Talent Management &amp; Recruitment:<ol><li>Lead the recruitment process by working with hiring managers, coordinating job postings, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.</li><li>Develop and oversee a performance appraisal system.</li></ol></li><li>Training &amp; Development:<ol><li>Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.</li><li>Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, training satisfaction).</li></ol></li><li>Employee Relations:<ol><li>Address grievances and other personnel issues to maintain a healthy work environment.</li><li>Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, staying up-to-date with the latest HR federal and state requirements.</li></ol></li><li>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ol><li>Oversee and manage benefit programs and compensation structures.</li><li>Benchmark compensation and benefits with other companies.</li></ol></li><li>HR Administration.</li></ul><div> Qualifications: </div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s or certification is a plus.</li><li>Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (3-5 years preferred).</li><li>Knowledge of HR functions (pay &amp; benefits, recruitment, training &amp; development, etc.).</li><li>Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.</li><li>Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><div> What We Offer: </div><ul><li>Competitive Salary and benefits (according to local region)</li><li>Opportunities for Professional Development</li><li>A collaborative and inclusive work environment.</li></ul><div> </div>
